Little Italy – Ciao Italia! Little Italy is a fantastic spot for dinner and drinks, even gelato, but did you know that it has some great shops too?

Distillery District

One the best surviving examples of Victorian industrial architecture, Toronto’s Distillery District is frequently used for movies and engagement pictures!

It is a hub for Toronto artists with galleries, working studios and of course shops. Come for the shopping and stay for lunch or dinner, all the food in the Distillery District is to die for!

American Apparel – Known for super soft tees; This US chain is popular with the Hollywood set and downtown kids but should you be shopping here too? torontoShopoholic checks out American Apparel.

What we are shopping for in Toronto

Toys – Toronto has Toys for kids big and small. From big chains, mini chainlets and independents, Toys are everywhere.

Update on Essential Jean

In our first issue of torontoShopoholic News we talked about our love for Gap's Essential Jean. Well Gap has re-launched denim for fall and the Essential is no longer on its roster. We are definitely disappointed but stay tuned for our search for a new favourite ultra flattering jean!
