Commesse - This Roncesvalles boutique is a west enders dream if you love contemporary full figured fashion. Sizes 14 - 24.

The Answer - found just north of Sporting Life's flagship Yonge & Eglinton boutique, this shop offers fashions for sizes 14 - 24.

Bergen Womenswear - Toronto desgined and can be alterted to fit you. Rick Bergen will dress any woman whether sized 10 or 24. Check him out on Davenport just north of the concentraion of Yorkville boutiques.

Ms. Emma Designs - this shop has 2 locations (albeit one is in Italy). Check out the easily accessable Little Italy (College Street) shop.

Maximum Woman - Maximum Woman specializes in formal wear but also carries plenty of separates.  Check them out on Eglinton between Dufferin & Caledonia. Plus you can shop online.

2B PLUS - a plus boutiquethat carries business casual and trendy plus fashion sizes 12-24. In addition plus size fashion you will find accessories and bras sizes 36D-44DDD. 2B Plus located in Woodbine Center, 500 Rexdale Blvd, Lower Level.

Plus Size Clothing Toronto Mini-chains

The city has a few plus sized chainlets that are more fashion foward than your run of the mill mall store.

Voluptuous - you can find this shop, which appears to carry more trendy items, at Vaughn Mills plus four other locations across the city. The Dufferin Mall location is the only one in Toronto proper.

Toni Plus - This shop also has two locations found at two of Toronto's upscale malls. One at Sherway and one at Bayview Village. Clothing is more classic than contemporaty and caters to a sophisticated dresser.

Lola & Gigi - another online boutique that offers appointments in the Etobicoke showroom and live events. I am incredibly impressed with the selection of day dresses, coats and business clothes. You can even find jeans from Secon Denim and organic clothing too. As a non-plus shopper this is one of the few plus shops that I kept wondering if they had things in my size! If you are just planning on kicking it at the mall you can always check out Laura Plus, Penningtons or the Bay. If you are headed down towards the Eaton Center check out the huge Addition-Elle store. Just walk a few blocks south on Yonge.
