From outside it might seem like a garage sale of old junk but trust me its not. Go inside and you will be pleasantly surprised. I saw vintage blankets a-la-Hudsons Bay. Great beaded purses and vintage lady's coats. Watch for Hermes scarves and vintage shoes. I was in awe of all the vintage accessories, particularly the rhinestone pins. If you are a collectors there are figurines, winking man cups and toys. There was even Christmasy stuff over the holidays. Gadabout has been frequented by locals and celebrities alike. I read an article that Penelope Cruz's sister Monica has spent time shopping here! Gadabout is also a favourite of the film industry's costumers so you can be guaranteed to find high quality vintage pieces here.
