In need of longer hair!

I cut my hair last summer - not a good thing!

I am in that in between stage where we all know it is hard to do anything with the hair. I died it light auburn from blonde.

Oh how I do prefer blonde! But was grabbing at straws to try to add some style to it.

Please HELP!
