Guff Antiques

Guff Antiques is one of many antique stores in the up and coming Leslieville.

But the mix of furniture and home accents Guff stocks are anything but one of many!

Whenever I walk past this store with the yellow facade (now green & white since the move down the street) I am in love with at least one piece in the window.

Check them out you will be too!

The teak side table is what brought me in off the streets and into Guff.

Actually it was a larger version of this table that was in the window a couple days earlier that brought me in; I wanted to see if it was still there.

No such luck but there were so many other great things I was hooked.

The mix of items ranges from industrial tables and desks to teak furniture and more modern chairs and accents.

This shop tends to get alot of teak mid century modern furniture, like dining room tables, buffets and dressers.

This foot stool also caught my eye. I love the metallic legs contrasting with the white leather.

I thought it would make a great bench out side our bedroom at home. No such luck the set was sold!

I am going back to Guff that is for sure. There were industrial metal baskets that were super cool, I have to have one.

Plus a teak sideboard that might be in the cards as well.

They only take cash though so line your pockets before you start shopping! Guff can be found in Leslieville along Queen Street East.
