Does Winners have leather jackets?

The short answer is yes.
Winners has pretty much everything is you watch close enough.
And while you are more likely to find pleather or imitation leather than actual leather.
That doesn't mean you can't find something great.
In fact I scored a DKNY leather jacket at Winners on Bloor a few years ago. And almost bought a See by Chloe leather jacket at the Leaside location.
You will have more luck at a Winners that carries The Runway section.
When it comes to butter soft leather you are going to have more success finding amazing leather accessories like purses and shoes but if you watch you can get a fab jacket.
