The Devils Workshop Jewellery; a jewellery boutique in West Queen West

The Devils Workshop jewellery boutique has moved its location across the street from its previous shop in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto.

Devils Workshop features a number of jewellery designers and offers classes for the DIYer to learn techniques like silver smithing and metal printmaking.

The soft all white interior is a great setting for the delicate, pretty necklaces, rings and earings found in the store.


I have walked by and peaked into this store many times, but there was something about the new location that finally invited me in. And it was love at first sight.

I fell for a number of the designs like the Fortune Cookie Necklace shown above, a door keyhole pendant and tiny glass balls filled with beach sand and sea shells.

Many designs are displayed in Mason jars which I thought was an innovative technique. It is a bit less restrictive than locked behind a glass case.

Many of the designs at Devil's Workshop come in a variety of sizes and metals like silver and bronze. So if you see something you like make sure to ask about what versions are available.

DIY classes offer engaged couples to make their own wedding bands, or  crafty divas to learn how to work with wire, beads and silver like a pro. 

In fact the student jewellery forged in the workshop behind the store is quite impressive. Not at all amateur looking which means if you are looking for a place to learn and be super proud when you say "PS... I made this", this might just be the spot. 

If you are interested in jewellery with a twist. Something that can be both classic and at the same time not to serious take a peak into the Devil's Workshop on the north side of Queen in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto.
