Claudettes Designer Liquidation; prices that will have your coming back for more

Claudettes Designer Liquidation is one of those hidden gems that you hear about through word of mouth.

Stocking everything from casual wear, cocktail dresses and business wear, Claudette offers her customers discount prices that are up to 90% off retail. Many items were only $20!

Hidden off along Lesmill Road, its somewhere you go to shop with a purpose and keep coming back to see whats new.



Claudette specializes in women's wear and carries a healthy selection of casual day wear. Everything from sweaters and tees to sleeveless shirt dresses and tanks.

It doesn't stop there! You will find accessories for your outfit too. I saw everything but shoes and I am sure Claudette likely has carried those as well at some time.


My favourite casual item in the store was this chocolate shrug that would be perfect with either a tee and jeans or over a dress on a cool evening.

But be careful Claudette's is the type of place where stock turns over fast and new stuff arrives weekly.


Based on what I saw in store I think there are three reasons women on a budget need to start shopping at Claudette's.

The first is business wear. Often you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a suit. Especially if you don't have to wear one every day.

Claudette's is the perfect spot to pick up a practical business suit, underpinnings and all for a fraction of the cost.


At first blush you might not think of Claudette's for bridal. But you should.

The sample shown above is priced at less that $750 and you don't have to buy off the rack. Instead your measurements are taken and sent to the manufacturer in Poland.

Take a moment to take that in. For $750 you get a custom fit gown, not an over tried on sample off the rack.

That leaves plenty in the budget for the dream honeymoon!


The third reason to check out Claudette's is the formal wear. There were an array of pretty cocktail dresses that could be wonderful for a night of dinner and dancing or even be perfect to attend your best friends wedding.

There is a seamstress on site who will come down from her shop that is directly below Claudettes for any alterations that need to be done.


Claudette might not be catering to the young and trendy twenty something crowd but she has a clientel that keeps coming back.
