Citizens of Humanity Petite Jeans

I honestly didn't know that premium denim came in petite lengths.
But on a recent shopping trip at Anthropologie I tried on the Citzens of Humanity petite jeans; the Dita bootcut.
I was surpised - they were fabulous. The wash was perfect for dressing up or dressing down. It was dark but not too dark.
The fit was great too - emphasises the butt, hugs the legs, but not too tight.
I found that the fit was a bit small so I went up a size, but have found this common with premium denim.
Also even though the length is called petite I will still have to hem the jeans or save them for heels. At 5'4 I usually find that petite jeans are perfect for me while wearing flats so this wasn't expected. But considering how much fabric I would have had to lop off on the regular length I am glad for the petite fit!
I think what I love most of all is the feel of the denim - super soft.
