There are many options for those on a tight budget here are my top 3:

Becker Bridal's Dressroom This is the cheaper location and I have see dresses well under $1000 when I was shopping here for my wedding dress.

Your White Dress, Orfus Road This is a bridal outlet that sells only what is on the floor. What you see is what you get.

Bridal and Beyond, Leaside Over where the big box stores are (just past Laird & Eglinton) is where you will find this shop. Watch for sales which seem to be frequent.
