Toronto Shoe Stores; shoes for every mood and every occasion

I love shoes! Below is a list of my go to Toronto shoe stores.

No matter if I am having a fat day, a thin day, a I don't feel that pretty day, shoes always fit!

I love how a crazy pump added to an otherwise fairly conservative outfit can change the look. Footwear can add a pop of colour or just polish off your ensemble.

Toronto Shoe Stores

European Shoes

Shoesette

With footwear from Italy and Spain, Shoesette can provide your outfit some European flair. The shoes are pricey, but high quality and not something you will find in the mall for cheap.

If you are willing to wait you can find deals. Check out the last pair shelf when the August and January sales are on - you can pick up some foot candy for $50!

Where can you find this Toronto shoe store? Yonge & St. Clair

Cristal Shoes Boutique

Hidden off on Dundas West's Little Portugal is Cristal Shoes Boutique.

A must visit for the Helsar brand pumps and boots. This shop is the only one that stocks this Portuguese Brand.

Be sure to shop in some of Toronto's ethnic neighbourhoods to find more hard to find European brands.

High end Designer brands

Davids

I lust for the shoes that are at David's.

They carry everything that I have ever wanted. From Louboutin heels to Chloe flats I just want everything in the store.

Check out their stores throughout the city. My favs? Bloor or Yorkdale.

Holt Renfrew

If you are looking to splurge on this seasons boots, pumps or sandals of the moment check out Holt Renfrews. From Louboutin's, and Manolos you can find all the most coveted styles.

You can find Holt Renfrew at Yorkdale, Sherway Gardens and along Bloor.

If you are looking for more designer brands consider the designer shops along Bloor street. You will find everything from Gucci and Prada to more affordable knock offs at Zara.

Chain stores

Banana Republic

Banana Republic just launched their shoe line in Canada in early 2010.

And it couldn't be a more perfect fit for the girl who already shops there.

Even if you don't do BR for your work and casual wear - check it out for the SHOES!

J Crew

I love J Crew's boots and flats in particular. Boots are great because they offer a wider calf option, and the suede flats (my current obsession) are a great way to add a pop of colour to an outfit!

Plus the shoe boutique at the Yorkdale location is divine.

Heel Boy

This chain maybe less well known but it has stores in Kingston and Waterloo as well as its Queen West location. Heel boy is known for cool boots and hard to find but mid priced brands.

Sporty Shoes

Get Outside Shoes

Its not exactly where you go to buy kleets but you can find brands like Toms, Sorels and Birkenstocks. Its about easy wearability and casual styles.

New Balance

New Balance is my go to resource for great sneakers. I do alot of walking so I need to have great support for my feet. Check out the New Balance store at Young & St. Clair.
